He was predeceased by: his mother Beverly Carol Lewis; and his grandfather Larry Arnold. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Isabella Lewis of Jacksonville, NC, Gabriel Kevin Lewis (Tristan) of Huntsville, AL and Michael Brandon Lewis of Broad Creek; his stepfather Michael Rodgers (Judy) of Tennessee; his grandmother Thelma Arnold of Broad Creek; and his aunts and uncles, Bedie Rhue of Bogue, Angela Clark (Jeff) of Newport, Jeffery Lewis of Broad Creek and Larry Arnold Jr. (Monica) of Broad Creek.
