He was predeceased by: his wife Cindy Padgett; his parents, Landis Padgett and Agnes Padgett; and his sister Vicki Padgett. He is survived by: his daughter Alicia Padgett of Newport; his sister Sharon Padgett of Indianapolis, IN; and his grandson Christian Matteson.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
