He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Guthrie and Linda Guthrie; his sister Sara Lynn Guthrie; and his pet Shianne. He is survived by: his wife Gisele Guthrie; his daughters, Natasha Murphy (Jim) of West Monroe, LA and Melissa Adams (Gene) of Newport; his siblings, Minerva Cannon (Joey), Sheli Jeanne Guthrie and Donald Guthrie (Darlene) of Newport; his grandchildren, Michaela Felicetty (Kegan), Patrick Murphy, Colton Giles, Marianna Murphy, Easton Adams and Emersyn Adams; his great grandchild Austin Felicetty; and his close friend David Harper.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cedar Point Pentecostal Holiness Church (150 Bluff Rd, Cedar Point, NC 28584).
