She was predeceased by: her father Michael Sampson. She is survived by: her daughter Bethany Stacy; her stepson Nathan Stacy; her mother Betty Sampson; her parents-in-law, Cathleen and Ronald Brumiger; her brother-in-law Thomas Stacy; and her niece Amanda.
