She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert L. Clements Sr.; her son David Alan Clements; her parents, George Newkirk and Juanita Newkirk; and her sister Rhonda Trombley.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Reneé Clements of Mill Creek, Herbert Lee Clements Jr. (Amy Austin Clements) of Havelock and George Louis Clements (Melissa Jean) of Newport; her daughter-in-law Bonnie Clements of Middlesex; her siblings, Barbara Forrest (Connie) of Mill Creek, Georgia Newkirk of Mill Creek, Anita Gray of Cove City and David Newkirk (Renada) of Mill Creek; her grandchildren, Lee, Chris, Thomas, Will, Justin, Rebecca, Daniel, Skyler, Alex, Faye and Aaron; and her great grandchildren, Sullivan and Penelope. She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
