He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edith, Jim Johns and Winston Quinn; and his stepgrandfather John Beitz. He is survived by: his parents, Janis Johns Quinn of Havelock and Frank Quinn, Jr. of Newport; his sisters, Ashley Quinn of Newport and Leigh-Anne Johns of Hubert; his grandmothers, Elizabeth Johns of Swansboro and Joann Beitz of Morehead City; his stepgrandmother Peggy Quinn of Roanoke Rapids; his aunts and uncles, Peggy Quinn of Morehead City, Nina, David Nuttal, Jim and Anne Johns; and his nephews, Aaron Quinn and Jase Smith.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
