He was predeceased by: his wife Jeanette Turney; his parents, Franklin Turney and Marion Turney; his sister Marion Patricia McIntosh; his children, Eileen Turney and Franklin Christian Turney III; and his grandchildren, Luke Shimer and Angela Ballinger.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Anne Wendt (Clyde) of Newport, Katherine Ballinger (Ray) of Fountain Hill, PA, Jeanette Jannette (Bob) of St. James City, FL, Marie Muth (Earl) of Slatington, PA, Christopher Turney of Tacoma, WA and Paul Turney (Jackie) of Buckley, MI. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
