He was predeceased by: his parents, Jake Carroll and Doris Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Tammy; his daughters, Samantha Carroll of Havelock, NC, Mandy Bowman (Robert) of Wilmington, NC, Grace McKee (Donald) of Morehead City, NC and Lindy Heffner (Sloan) of Morehead City, NC; and his siblings, Jackie Carroll and Greg Carroll (Lynn). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, and multiple grand pets.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Newport Baptist Church (312 Chatham St, Newport, NC 28570).
