She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Tripp and Pentrowlia Tripp; her husband Elbert Lee Bailey; her son Thomas Edward Bailey; and her siblings, Nancy Salmon and Joseph Tripp Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Susan Bailey Hurst (Cecil) of Bogue and Barry L. Baily (Vicky) of Newport. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
