He is survived by: his children, Sharon Ann Kennedy (John) of Florida, Judith Marie Skoglund of Minnesota, Horace David Russell Jr. (Doris) of Newport and James Wesley Russell of Alabama; and his brother Gene Russell of Mobile, AL. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
