He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James 'Jim Kelly and Clara Lewis Kelly; his wife Pat Reynolds Kelly; his children, Tammy Kelly (Freddie Harris) of Louisburg, NC and Todd Kelly (Sherry) of Newport; his grandson Travis Kelly (Blayke) of Clayton; his brothers, Earl (Lynn) of Newport and Allen (Joan) of Raleigh; his niece Melissa Kelly-Nielsen; his sister Frances Kelly Corbett (Bill) of Newport; his nephew Brian Kelly (Britni Simmons); his great-niece Isla Grace of Clayton; and his brother-in-law Victor Reynolds.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
