It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Wicker Brown of Newport, North Carolina, who passed away on December 11, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Furman Wicker and Clair Wicker; her husband William Brown; and her brother Franklin "Mack" Wicker. She is survived by: her pet Rocky; her siblings, Carolyn Wicker Brown of Newport, Frances Wicker Maness of Robbins, Ann Wicker McQuary (Richard) of Lexington and Robert Wicker of Carthege; her sister-in-law Shirley Brown of Ohio; Penny. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
