She was predeceased by: her mother Gloria Culpepper; and her brother Brian Culpepper. She is survived by: her daughter Jill Swain of New Jersey; her stepfather Lloyd Culpepper (Loretta); her brother Haynes (Patty); her niece Lori Ford; and her grandchildren, Rebbecca Bailey and Trey Ward.
