It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Leon McCaffity of Newport, North Carolina, born in New Bern, North Carolina, who passed away on May 9, 2022, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Henry McCaffity; and his son Thomas. He is survived by: his mother Evelyn McCaffity of Havelock; his wife Lisa McCaffity; his children, Toni, Jeffrey and Jeremy; his brothers, Bobby McCaffity (Xiaolin) of Dallas, TX and Lewis McCaffity (Candy); his grandchildren, Shayne, Peyton, Liam, Ellie, Isla and Tyler; and his pet Lula.
