He was predeceased by: his parents, John Michael Fennell Sr. and Mary Rush Fennell; and his brother-in-law Bill Malloy. He is survived by: his sisters, Maureen Fennell of Sharon Hill, Joanne Ruane (Steve) of Millsboro and Eileen Malloy of Newark, Delaware. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews; and 9 great nieces and nephews.
