He is survived by: his girlfriend Diane Hightower; his daughters, Amanda Vaughan of Havelock and Susan Vaughan of Yorktown, VA; his grandchildren, Maddox Lynch, Chalice Lynch and Josiah Vaughan; his father Louis Duke Vaughan Jr.; and his siblings, Danny Vaughan of Beaufort and Veronica Wagner of Kerrville, TX.
