He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodie Maddrey and Martha Maddrey. He is survived by: his friends, Lexi and Lucy; his wife Tena Maddrey; his daughters, Desiree Willis (Jody) of Newport, Erin Warner (Michael) of Newport and Ashley Landers (Jesse) of Tarpon Springs, FL; his stepson Harold Reide Blake; his sister Barbara Helms; and his grandchildren, Tyler Willis, Michael Warner Jr., Kayla Landers, Bayley Willis, Brianna Warner, Dustin Landers, Kayden Willis and Abigail Landers. He is also survived by his girls, Stepson, and grandchildren.
