She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Graham and Mary Graham; and her great grandchild Reese Crawford. She is survived by: her husband Hurley Decker; her children, Jeannette Graham Singleton of Newport, Niki DeGroot Jennings (Mike) of Raleigh, Amanda Barber (Josh) of Everett, Washington, Charles Rasmussen (Becky) of Ohio, Douglas Rasmussen of Newport, Kelly Rasmussen of Newport and Nathaneal Decker (Candice) of Winterville; her siblings, Velda Davis (Francis) of Newport, Bell Merrell (Johnny) of Newport and Richard "Dickie" Graham of Newport; her grandchildren, Jill Crawford, Robert Guthrie, Brenda Rasmussen and Jase Decker; and her great grandchildren, Parker, MaKayla Crawford, Gunnar and Izabella Rasmussen.

However, in order to provide social distancing, we ask friends to remain in their cars, the service will be broadcasted through a sound system.
