It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Margaret Murdoch Bell (Newport, North Carolina), who passed away on January 14, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick "Sprat" Bell; her parents, Clinton Murdoch and Edna Murdoch; and her brother Albert "Buddy" Murdoch. She is survived by: her daughters, Sarah Bell Dickie (Richard) of Raleigh, NC, Mary Bell Mehlich (Mark) of Washington, NC and Susan Bell Garner (Troy) of Wildwood; her brothers, Mac Murdoch, William Murdoch and Ed Murdoch; and her great grandchildren, Sophia Orama, Frederic Clark, Nathaniel Clark, Madeline Mitchell, Elowyn Mitchell, Sophie Monson, Maura Monson, Henry Monson and Adeline Monson.
However, in order to provide social distancing, we ask friends to remain in their cars, the service will be broadcasted through a sound system.
