With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mark Godette Sr. of Newport, North Carolina, who passed away on December 11, 2020 at the age of 67. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Artis Lee Godette and Annie Aletha Anderson Godette; his wife Regina Godette of Morehead City; his children, Mark Godette Jr. (Rick Godette) and Lakeshia Collins; his grandchildren, Chase Godette, Trae Godette, Devan Grissom, Mikayla Carter, Jordon and Maleah Collins; and his siblings, Audrey Addo, Ronnie, Cass, Gerald Godette, Claudette Potter and Artist Godette. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and out of an overabundance of caution, the family will stream the service live.
