She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Sammons and Viney Sammons; and her sister Sarah Sammons. She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Al Acha; her children, Wendy Padgett (Dow) of Newport and Ronnie Al Acha Jr. (Jackie) of Newport; her brother Jack Sammons of Newport; her grandchildren, Jesse Branson (Beth), Tiffany Farish (Jeremy), Amy Acha, Brittany Steinhauer (Logan) and Aaron Padgett (Tiffany); her great grandchildren, Levi Steinhauer, Jase Farish and Maverick Padgett; and her pets, Kayla, Baby, Yorkie, Sadie and Golden Retriever. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
