It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Raymond E. Jones Sr. (Newport, North Carolina), who passed away on April 20, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Garner Jones; and his parents, John Gillikin and Annie Gillikin. He is survived by: his children, Ray Jones, Jr. of Newport, Perry Jones of Williston, FL, Jody Jones of Newport, Shawn Jones (Melody) of Cape Carteret and Lila Johnson of Newport; and his brothers, John Gillikin, Jr. and Gary Gillikin. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
