It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Weir of Newport, North Carolina, who passed away on June 28, 2021, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Garrett and Dolores Dugan Weir; and his brother-in-law Bob Zack. He is survived by: his wife Anita Zack Weir; his daughter Laura Conneely (Patrick); his grandchildren, Caleb and Reagan; his brothers, Tom Weir (Kathy) and Tim Weir (Denise); his siblings' children, Angie, Alisha, Sydney, Jeff, Nick and Justin; and his sister-in-law Cheryl Zack.
