He is survived by: his daughters, Wanda Boyd Peacock (Joe) of Newport News, Virginia, Doris Armstead (Carl) of Newport News, Virginia and Tammy Green Pope (James) of Newport News, Virginia; his sisters, Louise "Sis" Fields of Henderson, Bessie Solomon of Newport News, Cora Johnson of Warrenton and Margaret Davis of East Orange; and his sister-in-law Jeanette "Crusty" Defour of Warrenton. He is also survived by two grandsons; three granddaughters; one great-grandson; four great-granddaughters.
