He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wilkins and Ina Mae Wilkins. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Wilkins; his daughters, Felicia Wilkins of Newport and Melissa Wilkins of Newport; his stepson Jamie Willis of Newport; his siblings, Brenda White of Morehead City and Dave Dixon of Newport; and his grandchildren, Sophia, Zoey, Mariah, Zaylee, Tyler, Logan, Randy and Bentley.
