She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Cooper and Edith Cooper; her daughter Teresa Lewis; and her siblings, Jean Bailey and John Paul Cooper.
She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Clark; and her children, Cathy Carl of Jonesboro, GA, David Clark (Julia) of Newport and William Andrew Clark of Ft. Wayne, IN. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
