He is survived by: his wife Belinda Bell; his children, Julie Sparks of Mill Creek, James Edward Bell of Wake Forest and Jody Allen Bell of Wake Forest; his siblings, Josephine Miranda (William) of Mill Creek, Martha Frame of Mill Creek, Lindsey Bell of Bear Creek and Elton Guy Bell of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Lola Maxine Bell, Cody James Bell, Elton Jay Bell, Emily Jean Bell and Jesse Ray Bell; and his great grandchild Shelby Bell.
