He is survived by: his wife Debi Wade; his daughter Amber Lea Wade of Alpharetta; his stepdaughter Lindsey Campbell of New Bern; his brothers, Earle Wade (Doris) of Morehead City and Dan Wade (Margaret) of Morehead City; his cousin Larry Wade (Becky) of Tok Alaska; and his friends, Rich Franck and Tommy Day.
