He was predeceased by: his parents, Bennie Ketner and Rosalyn Ketner. He is survived by: his wife Lucy Buck Ketner; his children, Wendy Eborn (Rodney) of New Bern, Sharon Foster (Darryl) of Grantsboro, Billie Jo Sproull (Tom) of New York and Bill Bailey (Missy) of Beaufort; his siblings, Patricia Goodwin of Ruskin, FL, Ann Walsh of Newport, Syvilla Harrison (Herb) of Huntsville, VA, Connie Franks of Stanton, MI and Lamont Williford of Louisiana; his grandchildren, Sara Bailey, Josh McKiddy, Will McKiddy, Kailey McKiddy, Amanda Foster, Tommy Sproull and Timmy Sproull; and his great grandchild James McKiddy.
In keeping with the CDC guidelines pertaining to the Coronavirus, those who are ill or at-risk (elderly, immune-compromised) are encouraged to stay home.
