He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Fitzpatrick and Imogene Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his wife Mary Edwards Fitzpatrick; his children, Vicki Lynn Deale (Tony) of Kennesaw, GA, Thomas Joseph Fitzpatrick (Theresa) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Kelly Vaughn Fitzpatrick (Jennifer) of El Paso, TX, Eric Edwards Fitzpatrick (Kelly) of Newport, NC and Evin Martin Fitzpatrick (Tammie) of Lancaster, PA; his siblings, Jeannie Gist of Marietta, GA, Charlie Fitzpatrick of Port Orange, FL, Barry Fitzpatrick of Yulee, FL and Larry Fitzpatrick of Yulee, FL; his grandchildren, Summer, Taylor, Tory, Jonathan, Jenna Bella, Karlyann, Kassidy, Ryder, Emmett, Piper, Ava and Zoe; and his great grandchild Abel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
