He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Henry and Evelyn Henry. He is survived by: his wife Susie Wang Henry of Newport; his brother-in-law Yong Wang; the mother of his children Phyllis C. Henry of Morehead City; his sons, Troy D. Henry III (Donna) of Wake Forest, NC and Phillip E. Henry (Shannon) of Newport, NC.; and his grandchildren, Stephen, Aaron, Justin, Laurel, Liam, Kian and Kiley Henry.
