He was predeceased by: his father William "Bill" Coy Dean Sr.; and his sister Roxanna Bellomy. He is survived by: his mother Delores "Dee" Brigman of Newport; his siblings, Deborah Landers (J. T.) of Hickory, NC and David Brigman (Andrea) of Newport, NC; his siblings' children, Beth (David), Sarah (Chad), Michael (Ashley), Brandon (Ramsee) and Austin; and his sister Rita.
