He was predeceased by: his parents, William Albert Leach, Sr. and Ethel Lewallen Leach. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Huber Leach; his children, Deborhah Leach Swann (Mike) of Wilmington and William Albert Leach, III of Emerald Isle; his grandchildren, Devin Pues, Brandon Pues, Jillian Pues and William Parker Leach; and his sister Patsy Wood of Southport.
