He was predeceased by: his parents, Adron Glen Wade Sr. and Catherine Newkirk Wade; his siblings, Carl Thomas Wade and Sherry Lynn Wade; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Ann Wade.

He is survived by: his siblings, Atlas "Bud" W. Wade, Nancy W. Lawrence (Gregory), Adron Glen Wade Jr. (Olga) and Michael Allen Wade (Sally Jo); his nephews, Terry Wade, Brantley Wade, Andrew Radchenko, Michael Wade, Josh Wade and Cameron Wade; his sister-in-law Ginger Olsen Wade; and his pet Caleb.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to the Carteret County Humane Society.
