He is survived by: his mother Sarah Kellogg of Newton Grove, NC; his wife Melissa Easter Nazworth; his children, Justin Rich (Sara) of Turkey, NC, Jessica Stephens (Aaron) of Newton Grove, NC, Michael Lyne III (Jessica) of Florida, Patrick Kelly Nazworth of Newton Grove, NC, Kayla Sanchez (Christine) of Goldsboro, NC and Marissa Salvan (Chad) of Virginia; his siblings, Joseph Nazworth (Angela) of Four Oaks, NC, Ben Cross of Florida and Sommer Cross of Florida; and his child Rebel. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
