Ronnie Adams Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronnie Adams of Newton Grove, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 9, 2025 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Ronnie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harris Adams and Lessie McCleod Adams; and his sisters, Katherine White and Susan Griswold. He is survived by: his wife Sally Strickland Adams; his son William Ronnie Adams, II (Julia); his niece Amy Rose (Andy); his great-nephew Connor; and his great-niece Emma Rose of Princeton.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel of McLaurin Funeral Home (12830 US 70 Business Hwy W, Clayton, NC 27520). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
