It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Janette Arney of Newton, North Carolina, who passed away on May 13, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Propst and Edith Propst; her husband Ralph Arney Jr.; her brother John Marvin Propst; her sons, Richard Arney and David Arney; and her grandson Jeremy Truitt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lynne Traxler, Sandy Truitt and Jazmine Arney; her grandchildren, Lee Traxler, David Arney, Kirk Traxler, Josh Kirby, Jordan Truitt, Aaliyah Truitt and Alexis Hartman; and her great great grandchild Zayn Travis. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, any donations of rememberance can be sent to either St Judes Hospital or to the Marine Corps League.
