He was predeceased by : his parents, Wade Haynes and Minnie Bell Whaley Haynes; his wife Willie Mae Petty Haynes (Johnnie); his siblings, Barbara Ann Haynes Ussery, Eva Mae Haynes Ussery (Grover), Betty Sue Haynes Clemmons (Leonard), Melvin Gene "Bo" Haynes (Mary Alice), Calvin Haynes, Charlie Leroy Haynes, James Edward "Dean" Haynes (Izzie Mae) and Gerald Thomas Haynes; his grandparents, Charlie, Alice Haynes and George; his daughter Alice Lynn Williams; his stepchildren, Harold, David Johnson, Anita Thomas and Georgia; his grandchildren, Reginald, Brandon, Ashley, Nicole, Kimberly, David, Latisha, Paul, Carrie and James; his brother Richard Alexander Haynes (Dickie) of Kingstown, NC; his siblings-in-law, Ruby Haynes of Shelby, NC, Gloria Haynes of Kingston, NC and Elder Charlie Ussery; and also, Donald and Robert Haynes (Monica).
