It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Lynn Higgs Coldiron of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on June 11, 2025, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Edgar Higgs and Betty Gentry Houck; her stepfather James Ervin Houck; and her husband Danny Ray Coldiron. She is survived by: her sons, Eric Coldiron (Brandy) of Crumpler and Chad Coldiron of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Adam Coldiron, Corbin Coldiron, Nicolas Coldiron and Arabella Coldiron; her siblings, Willie Houck (Mary) of Granite Falls, NC, Harold Higgs of Selma, NC, Robert Higgs (Karen) of Smithfield, NC and Kathy Haller (Mike) of Clayton, NC; and her stepmother Wanda Higgs of Clayton, NC.. She is also survived by her family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Ashelawn Memorial Chapel (3470 U. S. Hwy 221 N, Crumpler, NC 28617). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials will be made to Big Flatts Baptist Church, P.O. Box 183, Fleetwood, NC 28626.
