He is survived by : his wife Delcie Handy Billings; his daughters, Sandra Cothren (Larry) of Hays, Susie Royall (David), Betty Tilley (Robby) and Angela Stikeleather (Timmy); his sister Grace Baity of Taylorsville; his grandchildren, Blake Tilley (Amber) of Austin, Vernon Royall, Ashley of North Wilkesboro, Jessica Tilley Engler (Chris) of Austin, Rachel Cothren of Corpus Christi, Texas, Cody Cothren, Madison of Gaffney, Jimmy Royall (Lupe) of North Wilkesboro, Mason Stikeleather of Taylorsville, Drew Stikeleather of Taylorsville, Dalton Stikeleather of Taylorsville and Chesney Stikeleather of Taylorsville; and his great grandchildren, Kamdyn, Kassidy, Somers Tilley, Audrey, Savannah, Ivy Engler, Colt and Maivi Cothren. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
