She was predeceased by : her parents, A. E. Hamby and Ann Childress Hamby; and her husband James Silas Church II (Jimmy). She is survived by : her children, Amber Church of Traphill, Allie Church, Autumn Church of North Wilkesboro, Alexandra Church of Wilkesboro and Jonathan Hamby of North Wilkesboro; her siblings, Lynn Hamby of Moravian Falls, Annette Hamby of North Wilkesboro, Bobby Childress (Debbie) and Michael Hamby (Sherri) of North Wilkesboro; and her grandchildren, James Broyhill, Jordyn Broyhill and Kaylyn Wyatt.
