It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lynda Vannoy Higgins of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on July 14, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Conard Vannoy and Helen Vannoy of Cricket; and her siblings, Louise V. Osborne (Quentin) and Joe. She is survived by : her husband Tony; her children, Melissa Twaroski (Jim) of Atlanta, GA, Scott Higgins (Jess) of Brooklyn, NY and Nana; her grandchild Indra of Brooklyn, NY.; and her brother Frank Vannoy (Lucille) of Millers Creek.

Thanks to her love of Britbox and Tony's completely indecipherable combination of internet TV and remote controls, Lynda had no choice but to weather the pandemic without strangling Tony in his sleep;).

The family requests no flowers.
