He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Brown Bell; his children, Joshua Bell (Carrie) of Wilkesboro and Jessica Blevins (Chris Parsons) of North Wilkesboro; his grandchildren, Mason Blevins, Brycen Bell and Cariann Bell; and his siblings, James, Brad Bell (Judy), Lee Bell (Betty), Jean Adams (Dean) and Ina Wagoner (Gary).
