She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert LeGrand and Marcelle LeClair LeGrand; her husband Arvil Dale "Jim" Ellis; and her brother Christian LeGrand. She is survived by: her sons, James A. Ellis of North Wilkesboro and Patrick D. Ellis of Prattville, Alabama; her granddaughter Frances E. Ellis of Houston, Texas; her siblings, Daniel LeGrand of France and Francoise Geneveve of France; her cousin Liliane Hagelburg (Lyle) of Colorado; and her close friends, Andree Colaveechio of Connecticut and Francoise Hughes of Wilkesboro.
