She was predeceased by : her parents, Ralph Ray and Elizabeth Vernell Cox Howell; and her sister Sandra Renae Howell. She is survived by : her husband Guillermo Perdomo of North Wilkesboro; her children, Danielle Bare (Joel) of North Wilkesboro, Shane Seeley (Anna) of North Wilkesboro and Rusty Seeley of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Isaac Bare of North Wilkesboro, Natalie Bare of North Wilkesboro, Brody Seeley of North Wilkesboro, Piper Seeley of North Wilkesboro and Landon Seeley of Lenoir; and her siblings, Carolyn Sue Dixon (Michael) of North Wilkesboro, Lisa Turner (Elvis) of North Wilkesboro, April Turner of Ashe County and Shannon Howell (Wendy) of North Wilkesboro. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
