He was predeceased by : his parents, Spencer Monroe and Ethel Yvonne Wyatt Brown; and his brother Howard Brown. He is survived by : his children, Brad Brown of West Jefferson and Karen Milam of Trap Hill; and his siblings, Linda Day of West Jefferson, Jean Transou of High Point and Tommy Brown of Wilkesboro. He is also survived by five grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
