She was predeceased by : her parents, Muzetta Smith Parsons and Curtis Dixon Cain. She is survived by : her husband E. L. Rackley; her children, Jennifer Hofmann Adkins (Todd) of Southport, NC and Jason Cain Rackley (Amanda) of Wilmington, NC.; and her grandchildren, Cole Dixon Hofmann of Southport, NC., Isabella Grace Hofmann of Southport, NC., Brooke Evans Adkins and Huntington Todd Adkins of Southport, NC..
