She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilbur "Bill" Peeler and Sherry Stirewalt Peeler; and her former life partner David Wagner. She is survived by : her husband Charlie Henry Winston; her daughter Brianne Wagner; her siblings, Lana Howard (Billy), Todd Peeler and Dale Peeler (Sherry); and her grandson Riley Whitaker.
