As we bid Jewel Wilson farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jewel Wilson is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kermit Dewey Wilson and Gladys Virginia Jones Wilson; her husband Dan Drye; her son Danny Drye; and her sister Joyce Watkins.
She is survived by: her son Jeff Dry; her grandchildren, Chandler Dry, Jakob Dry, Carsyn Dry and Lydia Eanes; and her great grandchildren, Reagan Eanes and Sawyer Eanes.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mount Bethel United Methodist Church (1605 Bahama Rd, Bahama, NC 27503). Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Fellowship Hall.
