With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Bentley of Oxford, North Carolina, who passed away on January 1, 2021 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Howard Balmer and Nita Lois Vaughan; her husband William Arthur Bentley; her siblings, Emma Miles, Janice Williamson, Pauline Newby, Paul Balmer (Junior) and James Balmer; and her great grandchild Diane Elizabeth Estep.
She is survived by: her children, William David Bentley of Oxford, Phillip Andrew Bentley of Roxboro, Susan Diane Thomas and Melinda Carol Seguin of Little River, SC; her grandchildren, Donnie Bentley, Justin Bentley, Brittany Estep, Megan Cooke, Ashley Bourgeois and Nolan C. J. Bourgeois; and her siblings, Elizabeth Bullock, Johnny Balmer and Richard Balmer. She is also survived by three great- grandchildren.
Eakes Funeral Home will be following social distancing guidelines and masks or other appropriate face coverings are required.
